Auto Trade Sales Statistics South Africa Motor Trade Sales monthly publication for various categories including new and used vehicle sales as well as sales of accessories (which include car tyres). Data shows actual values as well as values indexed to 2019=100
Consumption spend final Statistics South Africa Final Consumption expenditure by households in Rand on various variables. One is transport. So all money spent by households on goods and services in the transport sector. The other variable is semi durable goods. Goods classified with a life span of between 6 months and 5 years. InterestRate South African Reserve Bank The daily repo rate (main interest rate used in SA) was converted to monthly average. Indexed to 2019=100
BCI South African Reserve Bank Business cycle indicators (BCI). There are four indicators. 3 as received from SARB and one is derived. Equal weighted is derived from the three indicators by giving each of the three indicators an equal weight.
